Hey guys, I have an issue that will require some of your assistance.
Yesterday, I accidentally swept my external hard disk from my work table, and it landed quite hard. Today, I was trying to plug it into my desktop and use it but I was unable to open the Hdd. It will show up as a Hdd followed by it's drive name, but no signs of the "storage bar". In addition, it will take forever to open it and it will just hang there forever. Any ideas how to fix it? I got a ton of personal stuff on this hdd.
(I'm using the 320 GB venus imation HDD.)
