what are these readings, why are they so low, and what can i do to fix it?

hi. while i do not want to post my hardware, i DEFINATLY do NOT expect ANY of my stats to be this LOW.
i have no idea what these 100, and 200 mhz readings are.
if someone could post a link explaining what are these readings, why are they so low, and what can i do to fix it, i would seriously appreciate it.

    Looks fine to me. The CPU Speed is probably base clock speed or BCLK (the actual CPU is clearly running at 3.4 GHz), and PCIe is supposed to be clocked at ~100 MHz.
  5. CPU-Z and a list of components is no needed here, but a calculator: cpu frequency * cpu ratio = cpu speed or 200 * 17 = 3400 MHZ. 100MHz is the standard base frequency for the pci-e bus.
  6. i have 4 gigs of video card. i am assuming this 100mhz reading is a chock point. how can i find out the how what why answers?

    and why is a 3.4 gig cpu chocked down to 200 mhz?

    No, and this is why. The frequency is the base internal clock. The internal clock runs 17 cycles to match the external clock which translates to your CPU core speed.

    It's running right under 4ghz like others have said.
