What to sell my computer for?!?

Solution
To calculate system depreciation take what you paid for it, subtract the salvage value (if there is any) and multiply it by life of the system and the month of sale.

Say you paid $1050 for your build and there's a salvage value of $150 and you're selling it in May.

($1050 - $150 / 3) * (7/12) = $474.90

$1050 - $474.90 = $575.10

You can expect to sell your system for roughly $575.10.

Completely agree about the power supply, it's an expensive paper weight. The case is junk too, even though it carries the Gigabyte name.

Drop the cooler because you cannot overclock the CPU.

Get 8gb RAM. It is more than enough. Get 1600mhz

Get a 7200rpm HDD. 5400 is SLOW

Get a better GPU with the money saved from dropping the cooler and RAM.
