Well I have saved up some money and its time to upgrade! My system is already pretty nice, and I am just wondering what the best (most effective) upgrade would be.
I have 2 7850s
I have a 2500k
" good motherboard
" ssd, good size, good brand
" h100i
" 750w psu (should i get a bigger one to "set the stage" for future upgrades)
" 1tb storage drive
" 16GB 1600mhz ram

I use my pc mostly for gaming, so what upgrade would make the most difference?

Also I should mention..in my house, I cant connect to the router because of its location. Should I consider buying a good powerline adapter, as I am using (i know I know) wifi....

I just am not sure what to upgrade to get the biggest boost in performance

Thanks in advance!

while 27" is good for some, i personally prefer the multiple monitor option, with 3 or 4 bog-standard 22" 1080p monitors making a huge difference. imagine: look up level tactics as you skype and beat someone while you watch their screen and watch youtube at the same time.

Gotta have the space though...

he already has crossfire with 7850s and therefore at least x16 pci-e slots. i cant see what else affects gpu choice, unless you sugest tripple crossfire (i don't) possibly he doesnt have sli

i agree with the psu point but i reckon hes happy with the one he has other that upgrading the wattage so unless its gonna fail on him tomorrow i just ignored it personally

My Overclocked is 4.3 ghz. Would I really need a new psu?
And should I wait for the next gen of gfx cards or buy something like a 7970 or. A 680 now?
Thanks for the answer

Thanks for being reasonable :)
My psu is ocz and it's bronze certified 750w. Is this enough if I were to upgrade gfx card?

27 inches 1080p? Isn't that worse than a 23 inch 1080p? I mean isn't it bad if it's bigger with the same pixel density. And how much better Is ips vs my lcd with led back light?

Sorry I don't know much about monitors so If you could explain it would be appreciated

Thanks

It will definitely have individually larger pixels . They wont be that large that it will be a problem though . And more importantly it wont lower your FPS by having a higher pixel count .

Those newer IPS screens are sensational .

Don't you mean by having a larger area in inches?

A bigger screen has more surface area , and its more immersive when you are gaming .

The two screens have the same resolution = 1080p = 1920 x 1080
so the larger screen has pixels that are bigger .

If they are too large the screen can look grainy . Especially if you are close , as you are with a computer monitor .
But 1080p is OK for gaming and general use on a 27 inch screen
