Unknown software problem

Hello ! I have this problem, some program is popping up frequently and it interrupts me when Im doing any sort of thing, mostly when Ive launched fullscreen game or movie. Maybe its a virus I dont know, it pops for half a second but I managed to screenshot it. Heres the link to it (program is circled with red color) - http://img38.imageshack.us/img38/7573/iconub.png
P.S. for me it looks like a cogwheel, photocamera and some kind of device

Ive run Avast, Iobit malware fighter and Microsoft safety scanner, yet they found nothing. Any tips?

Task Manager - Processes. Look for something camera related.

Have you installed any camera (or other imaging solution) software?

no, nothing at all, I also checked task manager, it shows only ordinary processes.
Besides Ive a feeling that this process pops up for like half a second so I simply cant manage to track it.

last thing you installed may have had something extra attached. did you try msconfig to see what runs at start up and under services?

If it 'pops up for a second', there is *something* running in the background to manage that.
