Clean install on new equipment

Greetings.
I have all of the parts coming and am going to install Win8 on the SSD. How does one go loading the OS on the machine if the new optical drive doesn't have drivers loaded etc.? How am I going to get this started once I get everything hooked up?

All you have to do is boot the dvd and do the install. After os install then install your driver. Windows dvd will load generic drivers for the install.

You could also boot to a USB flash drive if you setup a bootable partition of Win8. Here's some basic instructions:
