Hello. I have a Pentium G860 and a GTX 550 Ti and 170 pounds to spare. Which do I upgrade first. If you post links to components I would appreciate if they were on Amazon(co.uk). I play games like Crysis (1,2,3), Skyrim, Far Cry 3, and other more intensive games. Thanks in advance. I have a CX430 V2 power supply, in case you want to know. If you think I should upgrade the GPU than please know I would prefer to get an NVidia card. If you think I should upgrade the CPU than AMD is not an option (I don't have enough money to get a better board than what I already have (P8Z77-M)).

Well your gpu might be able to handle these games at low to medium quality like crysis 3 and farcry 3.
(your gpu is around GTX650 class.)

Skyrim is more cpu intensive and you should be able to play it at high details.
Your cpu bottlenecks Crysis 3 hell lot

So my suggestion since you have the motherboard is to take an Core i5-3570K CPU for £171 from amazon (or Core I5-3570 if your motherboard doesn't support o/c) and you should benefit more (especially with your low resolution).
You can also add a better GPU later if you want since you will have a CPU that doesn't bottleneck it anymore.

edit: You have a habit to post info before I post the question :D . You don't have to change your mobo. It's great.

edit2: If you still want a gpu upgrade then the best GPU your PSU can handle is EVGA 02G-P4-3658-KR GeForce GTX 650Ti Boost Superclocked at £149
