OCZ 750w ZT rattling

I've recently completed a new build, and I've noticed that my PSU (OCZ 750w zt) is rattling. I'm not sure what exactly is causing the rattle, but when I push the lead (from the power socket into the power supply) up and into the PSU with a little pressure the rattle stops.

Has anyone had any experience and know a simple fix? (I know it's not wise to try and alter a PSU)

I can't say for sure without hearing it but it could have a loose screw or the fan could be off balance. I assume it's a new power supply? You could return it. I probably would unless it was something totally obvious that I could fix myself.

The OCZ ZT is a good power supply but even the best units can have defects. It's better to go ahead and fix it. Remember that opening the unit voids the warranty.
