Hey, i just built a pc as follows:
i7-3770k
Corsair h100 high performance
Asus p8z77-v lk
Corsair hx850
GTX 670
vengeance 2x4g ddr3

Now I'm trying to boot my pc but all i see is a green onboard LED lit and the cpu fan starts turning for a second only. Then....nothing.....

Anybody can help?

I already tested my psu with a paperclip and changed video card.
Is there any way to test cpu and motheboard?

See if the red cpu led is on or the fault led for the video card. Look at the mb ser number. The end of the label has the mb bios rev. Make sure the mb bios is fairly new so it post with your CPU and gpu combo. If it old if your mb has the asus flash back USB port download the newest bios. Rename it and flash the bios. Check also that the pci power plug is connected. It be neer the CPU or on the edge of the mb. It be four or eight pinned.
Check on your power supply if it has the 120-240 red switch that the switch is set to your country correct voltage.
Check that you used all the mb brass standoffs to keep the mb from shorting out. Check the mb rear shield, sometimes the metal fingers can short the bottom of the mb or short out in a USB port.
