Repeated Freezing issue

I have this issue with my laptop. Whenever I am in a skype call, playing internet games, or watching youtube my laptop will freeze. I have tried updating windows, drivers, defrag-ing, checking for overheating, and even restoring to an earlier time. Nothing seems to be fixing this freezing issue.

Any ideas?

You can either try a Windows reinstall (that will work in some cases) or either send the laptop back to the company. You've done pretty much everything that had to be done ... Those kind of laptop bugs can be very odd and hard to repair for a normal person and a technician would be overpriced for that kind of problem. Hope you're still under warranty :)

Bard take the battery and power off the laptop and flip it over and reseat te ram. It could be one of the ram sticks is lose.the boot off memtedt86 dsk or USB stick and run memtest to see if there a bad stick of ram. If memtests passes download hdtune read your laptop smart info see if there any warnings. Then try vendor test tool on the hd.
