eMachines PC not working

I have a eMachines PC and the caps on the Mobo were bad, so i bought a new Mobo to replace the bad one. I plugged everything back it, but when i turn the computer on no display shows up. I've tried replacing the PSU and that didn't work.

If the New mb has a speaker on it. Take the mb out of the case and with no ram or video card..just the CPU and power supply see if you can get a CMOS beep code from the mb. If you can't try another power supply. Some vendors use custom mb and power supply. May have to use a stock power supply. With new ps if there still no beeps. Check the mb qal list to see if your CPU is on it and what bios rev is needed for the mb to post.
