0x800070490 error when downloading from store

When downloading from the store, several apps failed with an 0x824001e. After running the troubleshooter, I tried again and now get a 0x800070490 which the troubleshooter can not fix

Hey Bro,
Error (0x800070490) is Releated to Not Found error like on WEB PAGES
MAYBE APP IS OUTDATED OR SOMETHING
OR STORE MIGHT BE CORRUPT

SOLUTION ONE:
REINSTALL
REINSTALL THE APP IF THAT DOSENT WORKS REINSTALL WHOLE WINDOWS
