Ok guys don't know if this has been posted here or not but would it be possible to build a super small gaming pc like a steam box. I looked it up and came up with this idea. For the case, mobo and proccesor you could take this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16856102002 and use it. Then just add some laptop ram and a ssd. But it will need a stronger gpu so maybe someway you could hook this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toshiba-NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-560M-1-5-GB-MXM3-0B-Laptop-Graphics-Card-K000127390-/321003447368?pt=PCC_Video_TV_Cards&hash=item4abd4be448 up to the 2nd pci-e slot? What do you guys think?

yeah that's a big negative. can't fit a 560M, requiring an MXM3.0B slot, into a QS77 board that's equipped with a Mini-PCIe at most, at least not without a lot of extensive modification to the board. some idea on assembling an Intel NUC PC. note the mini-PCIe slot and the MXM slot on your eBay link;

And you forgot to mention that laptop graphic cards costs a arm and a leg lol.

His best bet is most likely to get build/buy a mini-itx case based computer. it's not quite as small as that PC, but you can definitely fit something along the lines of a low profile 7770 into it.
