Okay.
I have a very old PC that was a gift for me..
It has the following specs:
MotherBoard: VIA Technologies VIA P4M266
OS: Windows XP SP3
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2.4 Ghz
RAM:512mb + 256mb (Secondary) = 768mb
GPU: S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR
Internet Bandwidth: 747kbps

So, I would like to know if this has something to do with my Graphics card, CPU, OS, Bandwidth, or the whole PC itself..

And anyway...
I can play videos when I download and play them offline..
But I need to stream undownloadable videos..

HELP PLEASE!!

CPU: slow (dual core is helpful when playing HD video)
RAM: low (I would go with atleast 1 GB for XP or 2 GB for Vista/7)
GPU: old (Something low end but modern would help)

Pretty much it is too low end for anything over internet browsing and low definition video playing.

Lol my old pentium 4 2.4 ghz with 1 gb of ram choked on 720p, that thing wont play hd videos even with a new gfx card which will be hard to find because that mobo still uses agp.
