hi my new pc build was running for a week and i was playing a game and then a saw the blue screen i didnt get the error unfortunately any since that time my pc has not been booting correctly , it does not boot correctly, here is my specs:

Coolermaster Hyper-212 EVO Universal CPU Cooler

WD 3.5" Blue 1TB WD10EZEX SATA3 64M 7200rpm HDD

Thermaltake VP300A1W2N A31 Black USB3.0 Mid Tower Case without PSU
i got dfferent debug codes i got 72 most of the time sometimes 69 or 63
if i removed one ram it goes into the bios and someitmes it shows the windows loading screen but goes black and nothing happens , if i unplugged the power and the cmos battery and reset it the pc will boot one and then restarts and then freeze, i never had anything like that , i tried booting using a live cd but it didn't work
