That means the malware has already sneaked in. A good valid one is MalwareBytes (MBAM) from http://www.malwarebytes.com. Download it then accept the free, trial version, update it and restart the computer into Safe Mode with Networking, update it again and run the Full Scan. When y0ou restart in the Normal mode, post the MBAM log back here if you think you still have a problem.
