Here is my problem I have a old Toshiba Satellite Pro 465CDX laptop running Windows 95b and I have setup a working serial port Direct Cable Connection for file transfers with the XP computer as host, But I would like to know how to share an internet connection..
I can not check the "allow other network users connect..." option on the XP computer because my internet runs though a router that all ready uses the "192.168.0.1" IP for routing to the rest of my computers. So I was hoping there was another was to do this..

P.S. As of this time no I do not have a WiFi 802.11 g NIC card for windows 95 if one even exists =P (my router is only G\N so I need a 802.11 g minimum) and yes I do have a reason I need to run 95 on this system so upgrading to 98se is not an option

Just hook up the Toshiba to the router.

If you can't, setup the XP sharing using another IP, 192.168.1.1 should work.
