My PC build 2.1 (bought and waiting for it), is there any problem I should know?

1) CPU - Intel i7-3770K Core, Socket 1155, 3.5GHz; ( 332 Euro)
2) Motherboard - Asus Sabertooth Z77; ( 235 Euro)
3) Graphics Card - Asus GeForce GTX 680 DirectCU II 4GB GDDR5; ( 585(+25 or not, difficult to find) Euro)
4) Memory - Corsair Vengeance PC3-12800 DDR3 1600 2x8GB CL9;
( 148 Euro)
5) CPU Liquid Cooler - Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H100i; ( 115, 45 Euro)
6) Hard Drive - WD Caviar Green 3TB SATA3 64MB; ( 131 Euro)
7) SSD - Samsung 840 Pro SSD Series 256GB SATA3 Basic Kit; ( 225 Euro)
8) PSU - Corsair GS800 V2 800W Gaming Series; ( 110 Euro)
9) Case - Corsair 500R Carbide Series; ( 123 (+/- 15)Euro)
10) RATON Logitech M175, RF inalámbrico, Óptico, oficina, 2.4 GH; ( 13 Euro)
11) Teclado Logitech K270 - Inalámbrico - RF; ( 23.40 Euro)
TOTAL: 2040,85 (+/- 40) Euro.
What windows would you recommend? 7 or 8? (will install Ubuntu, maybe will use it from time to time).

i have a similair rig gpu and processor hard drive cpu cooler everything is great :)  have fun also windows 7 definitely not windows 8 why would you want ubuntu?

Cool, on YiouTube and on internet I saw a lots of similar builds, well ubuntu is nice and maybe will be used more and more for games as kickstarter games pledge support for it more and more. But I changed my PSU, I bought new GS 800 watt already briken, that's why I bought 850 watts thermaltake EVO BLUE 2.0.
