is hd 7750 enough to play all games at low-med settings

i want to upgrade my graphics card from nvidia gt 210,just want a card for less than 7500 rs.is hd 7750 1gb ddr5 good enough card for me to play all games in low to medium settings on 1028*768 or 1280*768 or 1366*768 resolutions.
my specifications are
intel pentium dual core E5700
asus p5g41t-mlx motherboard
4 gb ddr3 ram
seagate 500 gb hdd

7750 should be fine at 1366x768 with medium setting for most games. but for much recent games it might have to struggle

add some money and get hd 7770 .... extreme performance

at such low res 7770 is a good card to have but his E5700 will definitely going to held back the performance
