Crysis 3 low fps

Hi guys I have been playing Crysis 3 and I have been getting low fps on medium settings . I have a i5 3570k, a Gtx660 , and 16gb's of RAM. I'm pretty sure my system specs are fine and my drivers are up to date. Is the game unoptimized or something ?

how do you define low? when i tried beta (yes beta so things might;ve changed), i was getting 40-60 during multi player.
crysis3 is a demanding game. is your cpu overclocked? if not, that might help

Crysis 3 is one of the most if not the most demanding game ever made i barley get over 60fps on ultra settings with two 670's in SLI

What resolution are you playing at? And what drivers for your GTX 660? Also check your temperatures and CPU/GPU load while gaming.

Turn the global settings to High + Very High Textures, and make sure Antialiasing is set to SMAA 2X.

My resolution is set at 1920x1080 and the drivers that I have installed are the nvidia 320.00 drivers.
