GTX 670 FTW vs HD 7970 GHz

I've been looking at the prices on Newegg and saw that they have dropped. I plan on playing the newest games. Most importantly ARMA 3 and Battlefield 4. I also have an i5-3570K that I plan to overclock. When I get these cards I probably will over clock down the road. So which GPU do you think is better?

7970ghz edition, without any discussion man. it beats the GTX 680.and i hear that you can overclock AMD CPU's easily.so you can OC it with your Core i5. an appropriate rival of the GTX 670 would be 7970.
note that 7970 and 7970 Ghz edition are different.

Only difference is the clock speeds. So technically you can get an HD7970(normal) and OC it to the same level and beyond the GHz edition very easily.
