Can I crossfire a Radeon HD 7770 on my Asrock Z75 motherboard?

Hello, I want to purchase two Sapphire Radeon HD 7770's for my build. My first question is will that crossfire configeration work on my AsRock Z75 Motherboard? If so, will my Corsair CX430 have any problems running them in crossfire?

I am planning on getting this exact card:

Would this be the best card for me to buy? I only want to spend $120 on a single GPU.

Thanks for your time!

Didn't mean to post this twice. I can't figure out how to delete it though with the new layout..

Not with that power supply. And you be better off spending $240 on a single GPU than on dual GPUs. Plus that Z75 second PCI-E slot is only PCI 2.0-X4 - that may not matter on a weaker card like the 7770 but still don't think I'd go that route.

Single $240 card with that mobo is the better way.

Thanks for the reply. I posted this as a hypothetical situation because I only want to spend about $120 in a new card right now. I just thought if maybe in the future I could get another as I got the money. Now though, I don't think it'd be worth it. I'd rather just save and get something more powerful like a 7850.

Good call! Or stretch it to a 7870XT...

@J_E_D_70 totally agree with him, go for a single card since the cfx has its bugs already.

and yes, if u can spend a little more and get 7850 1GB model will be better

available for 159$ after rebates here XFX Core Edition FX-785A-ZNL4 Radeon HD 7850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
