Hello.
Your build is pretty fine.
The components will "fit" But i noticed you have a atx mid tower case, and a micro atx motherboard, they will fit but you may be able to get a micro atx case for less. With the money you save you could get a fx 6300 cpu, which is 6 cores versus 4 of the 4300, or,
If you are doing any gaming, (which i think you won't be hence your 640 video card) But if you want better performance, buy a radeon 7750

i dont recommend using that PSU. can't you GO with Corsair or Antec? they have PSU that wont die out after a couple of weeks [or years].and GT 640 is a weak card an . if you want to play the most demanding games at high settings with decent Frame rate id say Geforce GTX650 ti. or Radeon 7750/7770.

Radeon HD 7750 requires 400 watts. i recommend atleast 450 watts. maybe 500 also another thing which is far more important than the wattage is the amperage. go with a card that has over 24 amps on the 12V rail or the card wont work i think.[ radeon HD 7750 requires 20 amps but 24 amps or more gives you the ability to upgrade to a better card like radeon HD 7770 or 7790 as they require 24+ amps.]
