760 release date?

Anyone knows which day should new gtx 760 go out? At lest quarter of some month? I already know for 780,770 and 760ti but nothing about 760 yet. So what should (or at least you guys think) be release date?

There is no release date for any of the GTX7xx series yes. And its looking to turn out to be mostly a rebrand, so no point in waiting for it.

My guess, just before Christmas (quarter 4).

The GTX 780 is expected to launch May 23, 2013; the GTX 770 is slated for May 30, 2013. The GTX 760 Ti will launch during Computex.

Oh and what do you mean by rebrand. Do you mean that theyre just going to put same card with differend name or what?

Rebradn asin a restructuring and yes using the same silicon. For example, the GK110 (used on the titan) will be on the GTX780. The GTX770 will be using GK104, which was the same as the GTX670.

So it seems as if the GTX770 and down will be using the same chips as this gen with more cuda cores enable for slight improvement increase.

As you can see there the GTX670 has one SMX disabled, so in GTX770 it will be enable.

There have been no rumors regarding the GTX 760.

The GTX 780 will be a cut down Titan. The GTX 770 will basically be a GTX 680 with a few minor improvements. The 760 Ti will be a 670 with a few minor improvements. Expect lower power consumption and ~10% performance increase.

And how much better should 760 be? Sure its the same kind of silicon but they will increase preformance for sure (as in your 670-770 example(and as in AMDs 7750-7770, 7850-7870 and 7950-7970 if I still remember right)).
And after seeing this article what do you think about release? Do you think that it will be in June or early july?

Than I guess Im going with 660, since Im not waiting more than 1.5 month more, and intel Haswell i5.
