Windows 7 Format USB when Restart in Installation.....FAIL

hello Friends,
I am formatting My friend's PC with USB.
The system formats when the system restart in middle it fails to resume it and show "disk error msg with press any key to boot".
The whole process starts from start again.

I tried it several times.
The disk read error occurs when the system restarts in middle of installation.

and tell me that here windows read the installation files from HDD or Bootable USB
