Hi this is my first build. Unsure whether the psu will be enough.

Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 x2
Intel Core i5-3570k
CM Storm Enforcer Gaming Midi Tower
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Kingston DDR3 HyperX blu 1600MHz 8GB
ASUS P8Z77-V , Socket-1155
WD Desktop Blue 1TB
Samsung SSD 830 Series 128GB 2.5" OEM
Samsung DVD Writer, SH-224BB
Corsair HX 750W PSU
Microsoft Windows 8
Cooler Master MegaFlow 200 Red LED

^ Almost agree.
I'd suggest you run with a single HD7950 (unless your going Eyefinity) and see how it works out, for a single 1080 monitor the 7950 is usually enough, especially if it's overclocked.
If not, well, you were going CF anyway, were n't you ;)? .
