I have a laptop with windows 7 professional. I have set up the RDP as well and opened/forwarded the appropriate ports.
This is the problem. I am able to access this laptop via my 2x android RDP client. However I cannot access the laptop via any windows machine. I have tried local machines (on the network) as well and remote machines (all windows 7/8).
Since the 2x works fine, I know that the forwarding and open ports are working properly.
I completely disabled the windows firewall and still have the same issue.
the message I am getting is "this computer cannot connect to the remote computer"
Every machine is hard wired
RDP works fine on all other machines on the network.
Don't know what else to try.
