Fans work, GPU work, DVD DRive works, HDD works but the monitor is not receiving any signal.

we tried to use a the HD TV and the result is the same, we tried the onboard GPU and we get the same results.

Remove the ram and still doesn't work

Mobo beeps when turned on

I'm not sure which one is the problem, could it be the CPU? PSU? or the Mobo?

Need help, this never happened to me before.

Solution
Hi,
Since you have the same problem with onboard and the dedicated videocard,
I'm suspecting the problem is the monitor / adapter or cable.

can you test on another monitor?
What is the GPU ?
What cable / adapter are you using ?
Did you plug the extra power for the video card
