Hello, right now I don't have any PC beacause my old one broke down (My fault). My system looks like this:

-Mobo: Asrock Z77 PRO3, socket 1155;
-CPU: Intel® CoreTM i7 3770K IvyBridge;
-CPU Cooler: Zalman CNPS9700 NT;
-GPU: Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD6850 (form my old PC; I intend to buy another one and do crossfire);
-RAM: Kingston 4GB 1600MHz DDR3 (From my old PC; I'll buy another pair of RAM to make 8 GB);
-HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue KX 500GB, 7200rpm, SATA 3;
-PSU: Seasonic M12II-620 Bronze, 620W;
-Case: Cooler Master Elite 430 Black;
Any thoughts? Should I wait until the 4th generation of Intel CPUs appear or should I go for it?
These components represents my max budget. Any suggestions are wolcome.
Thank you in advance!

That build is very unbalanced.

Also, you are posting in the wrong section. Create a new thread under Systems/New Builds and follow the template to ask for advice

Thanks!

It would be better for you to sell your 6850 and use the funds towards a new GPU. What is your total budget?

Then why in the world are you blowing it on a $300 i7 which won't perform ANY better in games than a $200 i5?

Indeed you're right. I thought that in time I'll have to replace the i5 sooner than the i7.
I'm not a massive gamer, I'm playing maximum 2 hours/day. I'm doing this upgrade mostly for the upcoming games like BF4 and GTA V.

Nope. For gaming, the i5 and the i7 are the EXACT same chip. Don't waste your money by spending $100 for hyper threading technology.
