processor is an oc'd i7 2600k

Can you get a 670 for cheaper? If so it's a better buy technically. 680 is 5% faster than a 670 for 25% more money typically.

350-375 for a 680 is a hell of a deal, where are you seeing this deal at?

It would be a pretty decent upgrade.

That's a good price for a 680 but with the 780 coming in 2 weeks they may drop more.

How about a 7970. Pretty much the same performance for a good chunk less.
