What can I have for 1300$ ?

Everything is in the title. I want a new gaming PC and I have a budget of 1300$. I want your suggestions. I plan to buy the next big hits that will get out soon, such as Total War: Rome II, Grand Theft Auto 5 or Battiefield 4. If possible, I would want a 128 GB SSD and - at least - a 1 TB hard drive.
