Cooler Master HAF-X leaking current.

Hi guys.So my problem is that electric current is running trough the screws of my side panel. I had the same thing with my old case but with that onei had it running trough the whole case. I'm also using a different PSU, the only thing thats the same is the power cable from the old PSU because the one included with the new one didn't fit for some reason. What can be causing this problem?

I just took a power cable from a friend and it seams that now there isn't any current trough the case for now. I will do some gaming and post to confirm that it is fixed or the problem is still there.

It's still there. I tried 5 different outlets in the house and it's still the same. I'm starting to think the problem is motherboard related.

double checked, there isn't a single place where it touches the case. I'm thinking that the leak is from one of the creus that mount the mobo, but it has worked for almost 2 years like this so i don't know if this hurts it a all.
