I will be building a Haswell PC build in June for with a budget of about $1200. The only thing I'm not sure on is if I should get the kepler rebrand 680 (770) or a 7970. I was going to get the 7970 because BF4 is a gaming evolved AMD title. So witch one should I get? If the new series of AMD cards comes out this year I don't mind buying them.

I'm a big fan of adding a 2nd card to extend the life of a PC or just starting out with a dual set of mid range cards simply because they greatly outperform their single top of the line GPU counterparts. Unfortunately, AMD's ongoing CF issues have resulted in my reducing my selection of AMD cards to single PCI-E slot MoBos. Even two 650 Ti Boosts for $340 outperform a 7970 Ghz edition costing $80 more.

Since ya building in June and the 7xx series cards dropping in May, w/o reviews and benchies, this discussion is a bit premature. The 760 is reported to be on par with the 670 and the 670 tops the 7970 at 1920 x 1080 .... at 2560 x 1600 tho, I'd grab the 7970
