Hi, I've searched in every forum, but I haven't found a solution.

I bought a lot of hardware about a year ago and build my computer myself, with one of my friends. It all went very well, and the computer is very fast. But!

When i started playing, there was these weird triangles that was pointing at the horizon, or up in the air. Sometimes they were short, some times very long. See picture 1-3. Link to all the pictures here (https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0By-l4Ni7vffXM2dSUmJ3eGQ4Y3M&usp=sharing). This is screenshots from Skyrim.
I've seen this problem Crysis 3, Far Cry 3, Skyrim, Hitman Absolution, Max Payne 3, but theres nothing when I play a game like Orcs Must Die! 2. I uses a display port cable plugged into my graphic cards DP slot. I use a 1920x1200 resolution on a Samsung SyncMaster SA850.

I'm a graphic designer, and uses Adobe Photoshop alot. But when i open it i get this message (see picture 4), maybe it has something to do with it. I have tried to lower the resolution but with no luck. I have also tried a VGA cable instead of DP but with no luck either.

When I'm looking at the internet i get these cyan coloured pixels where I believe white should be, and red where black should be. I do not believe it's dead or stuck pixels, then i would not able to take a screenshot of it. Right? (See picture 5)

The funny part is, every game runs in 60fps ..

I uses GPU Tweak, but only to adjust the fan speed, i have also tried not to use GPU tweak, but the problems still there.

How can I fix this problem?

Here's my spec.
Motherboard: Asus Maximus V Gene.
CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K Ivy Bridge.
CPU fan: Noctua NH-L12
Graphic Card: Asus GTX 670-DC2T-2GD5.
Two Harddrives:
1st Ocz Vertex 3 SSD - 120 gb (OS) / 2nd Western Digital 2000 gb
Ram: Kingston 16GB DDR3 1600MHZ (4x4gb) HyperX
Cambinet: Cooler Master Silencio 550
Disc Drive: Lite-On iHAS122 - DVD±RW Black
PSU: Chill Innovation CP-700M 700W
Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster SA850
Driver Version: 314.22

If you need any information, please let me know, and thank you for you help!
Good day!

Hi
If the problem appears sudently after you power On the system - i ment the GPU is not heated - then is you GPU faulty
If the problem appears after maybe 10 -15 min after powre ON - i mean you GPU is HOT - then you can try clean you system from dust - look you system Temperatures and you GPU temp - i suspect GPU overheat

The last and possible cause is bad Drivers or OS.
Like i allays advise run Furmark stability and watch for the problem and the GPU temp.
If the problem is there under 60 degree you have GPU problem.

Hi, the problem appears just after I've turned on the computer. I have a monitor for my GPU heat and its never "really" hot. I uses the lastest "stable" nvidia driver for the graphic card. "v. 314.22".

I'll run a Furmark and report back. Thank you!

I have actually not tried that. To be honest I'm not sure how you uses your onboard graphics instead of the GPU.

i see that your GPU is the TOP version, some of the GTX 670 TOP's have this issue called graphical artifacting, go to ASUS GPU Tweak, put the power target slider to max (around 120%), if this does not fix it, downclock the GPU and Memory to reference/stock speeds i.e 915mhz core, 6000mhz memory, i've also heard that ASUS released a firmware patch to fix this, on ASUS GPU tweak, go to settings and check if there's any bios/firmware update available ( i think its called live update or something, not really sure as im in the office and cant check it)

lower the core clock (GPU Boost clock )to 1000 and try again, if problem's still there, i think its a faulty GPU, so test it on a different PC if possible - if problem's still there on the other PC, you might wanna RMA the card

Hi, and thank you all so much for the help!
I ran Furmark and it crushed down saying this "https://docs.google.com/file/d/0By-l4Ni7vffXNWZBdHViMDdZcUE/edit?usp=sharing". Maybe that's a hint to what's wrong? I turned the GPU Boost Clock down to 1000, but that didn't help either..

have you tried re-installing the drivers? it could be a corrupted driver.. download the latest 314.22 nvidia drivers and try again, BTW, how old is your PSU, i see that your chill innovation model was launched way back in 2008... if you bought it that long ago, its time to get a new one as it will not deliver the rated wattage anymore due to capacitor ageing..
and if you do get a new PSU, DO NOT .. i cant stress this enough.. DO NOT buy Cooler Master PSU's except for the new V series, my old Extreme Power 650W blew up literally while testing on a different PC a month back, luckily i had replaced it with a Corsair CX500 (Used in my Office PC) before this happened, and now im gonna change my home PC's PSU - Cooler Master GX 650 to a Seasonic M12ii 750W which i already ordered and on its way
Also, a friend of mine blew up 3 Cooler Master PSUs within a span of 6 months.. thats how unreliable they are in regard to PSUs

Hi
I was looking you GPU Tweak shots.
try using those settings - they are default by ASUS
GPU Boost Clock : 1137 MHz
GPU Base Clock : 1058 MHz
Memory Clock : 6008 MHz
Power target -> i will try it sett to 100 % -> problem still there -> lower and try again .......
Min. GPU voltage -> i will use Auto button to see the default value and i`ll DECREASE & INCREASE IT a bit to try get rid of the artifacts
FAN -> i`ll sett it to 50 - 100 % just to test is`t this a cooling problem
- artifacts are typical for overheat situation

Furmark is great tool i think - if you can`t have stable test for 30 - 60 min you can forget to play in game mode :)
I agree with others guys above you may have drivers problem or you PSU is fkn with the voltages.
Other thing i have in mind :
Make BIOS defaults restore - if you have made some tweaks will reset them ( check you SATA settings before and after to keep you OS boot Alive after BIOS reset you may switch the mode and the OS will not boot )
If you cant solve the problem test you GPU on other system after all it could be RMA

i have this q-n :
"I bought a lot of hardware about a year ago and build my computer myself " - is this artifacts problem there on the day one or you have try to GAME 12 months later for the firs time ?

thats exactly what i suggested earlier.. easiest way to find out whether its the GPU thats at fault

Hi everyone, and thank you for you help!
I've tested at my friend and the problem is still there.
While that i chatted with Asus Support Center and he said the VRAM was gone.

I'm creating a RMA.
