this is my build, and since i have a prodigy im not planning on doing SLI or xfire stuff.

should i go with the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 OC Windforce 3X NVIDIA Graphics Card - 4GB. or the Sapphire HD 7970 Vapor-X GHZ Edition AMD Radeon Graphics Card - 3GB ?

I would go with the Vapor-X 7970. One of the advantages the 670 has is that it scales better with multiple GPUs, and if you're only planning on using one card the 7970 generally outperforms it.

Also, I like the prodigy, but the airflow isn't great. If i was building a mini-ITX system in a reasonably priced case right now I would use http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112265.
