There are 2 sizes, MID (small) & FULL (Big). If size really matters you can go Micro ,mini or itx but the motherboard will change also.

Lian Li has quite a few small cases that will fit an ATX mobo. They do it by moving the psu to the front of the case. So the case is only a little taller than the ATX mobo since the psu is no longer above or below the mobo. A few even have the psu mounted vertically in the front of the case under the hhd drive bays to reduce depth also. Check the Lian Li website.

I have a Lian Li PC-A55 case that houses a full ATX mobo and is 45cm(D), 39cm(H)and 19cm and 19cm(W).

Dont know if you still need an answer but i just bought this ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=11-119-265 ) because i like having a full size ATX board but also go to a lot of LAN's so carrying a huge case isnt that much fun.
