I use this tv Samsung UE40D7000 for the monitor of my pc, but I never found ability to increase refresh rate in 1080p via hdmi. Can I get more fps and Hz on my tv with some drivers or other type of connection? I know my tv supports 100, 200 and 300 Hz.
How to increase from 60 Hz to 100 Hz and more on Samsung UE40D7000 ?

120Hz+ Tv's dont work the same way as 120hz computer monitors. They can only take an input signal of 59-60Hz. The the extra frames for the higher refresh rates are created by the tv by repeating the frames to create the effect of a higher refresh rate.

The reason you cant is because it doesn't. Above 60Hz, unlike a monitor it doesn't take straight input and displays it on the screen, instead it takes the 60Hz signal and places fake frames between them, creating a higher output. Its not the same thing, 60Hz is as much as you'll get.
