Solution

Any 500W PSU unit from Seasonic, Corsair, XFX or Antec that is rated 80+ Bronze will be more than enough to power your system.

Don't do it. Your CPU has good Overclocking potential and you won't get much FPS from upgrading to I5 2500k or 3570k.
On the other hand you can -and should if you want to get more FPS- upgrade your GPU. So may I ask what GPU you Currently have?
You may also want to enlist all of your system specifications :)

@016ive
Thx for answer.

My current System spec as follow:-
Cpu: Core i5 760 @2.8 Ghz
MOBO:foxconn h55mxv-k6
Gpu:radeon hd 5450
ram:4GB ddr3 1333mhz @1.5v
Psu:650psu
hdd:wd caviar green 640gb sata hard drive

I will upgrade the gpu to radeon hd7870XT [any other suggestions accepted for around 200-250$] i was just asking if upgrading the Cpu will push moe fps too.

crap. overclocking is out. oh well.

yes, get a better gpu. that gpu is embarrassing, and holding your system back. the cpu is far too good to be paired with that gpu. the 7870xt is a great choice and you'll see an instant improvement across the board.

i wasnt have enough money to buy a good Gpu with the Cpu so i got hd5450 cause h55 [as i heard] doesnt support integraded graphics or the cpu doesnt have it.

also which one is better the 7870XT or gtx660 as they r for the same price here in egypt for about 1800 L.E
1800/7 = apprx. $260

Get the sapphire 7870XT, It's better than the gtx660.
What is the brand of your PSU?

I won't over-clock since i heard its decreasing the hardware life, and my cpu can handle any game right now at stock clock without exceeding 30% usage.

as for my psu brand i checked it, its called new matrix, planning to upgrade since it doesn't have the right cables to connect the new graphics card.[Plz tell me its name]
