hello,
whenever i turn my pc it shuts down and the turns in by its own

i didnt made this video but this is the exact problem i have
it doesnt show up screen display
i bought a new graphics card
-xfx 7750 core edition 1gb gddr5 single slot i had an xfx 8500gt i uninstalled the drivers and whenever i put the new card in it shows this problem and if i take the card out it starts normal
-a spektra 650 watts power supply i think the problem should be that but not sure
-core 2 duo e7200 @2.53 ghz
-3gb of ddr2 ram
-an ecs motherboard

Im going to upgrade this sistem in a couple months
-fx 6100 @3.3ghz
-8gb corsair vengeance ram ddr3
-some motherboard that fits well with the system
