SOME motherboards have 775 mounting points - it MIGHT fit - it might be off on a slight angle.
That cooler really isn't much better than the factory anyways.
It was designed for a 65W core2 and you have a SB i3 65W.
At the end of the day you're talking about a $12 cooler.
