Gaming PC Build/Rig

Hey guys, I have been working on a PC Build and was wondering how much you'd pay for it, if you was looking to buy a Gaming PC.
It will run the latests games such as;
-Battlefield 3
-Call of Duty Black ops 2
-Arma II/DayZ Mod
-Dirt 3

Here are the specs:
CPU - Intel i5 3570k @ 3.4ghz, (massively overclockable)
GPU - MSI GT 640 4GB
PSU - Corsair CX750 Watt
RAM - 8GB DDR3 1600mhz
Motherboard - MSI H77MA-G43
Sony DVD Drive
Case and Fans
No operating system

Let me know how much you'd pay for this, any questions, feel free to ask. As I said, it will run the latest games out there in high quality.

  1. You can't overclock that CPU on that motherboard. So that's useless. The PSU is overkill. The GPU is weak. I'd pay $300 for it for just the CPU and RAM. Kinda the only parts worth keeping off that build.

Hmmm, Should I downgrade the PSU to the Corsair CX 500Watt, and upgrade the GPU to the 650? Also, what motherboard would you suggest for the i5 3570k?
  3. CX was not intended for high performance builds. Try TX or just get a 550W from XFX. As for motherboards, either the Extreme4 or UD3H.

But for a gaming build, the big seller is the GPU. The build you put up wouldn't be classified as a gaming build.
