Trying to choose a new 16:9 1080p IPS 23/24/27" monitor. The main reason im going to 16:9 is because of Starcraft and HD movies, i'd like the least amount of black bars as possible.

The monitor will be 50% gaming (WoW/SC2/MMo's/Odd FPS such as css) and 35% TV shows/movies with 15% being anything else left to do on a pc.

AOC I2369VM - £140
Asus MX239H - £200
AOC I2367FH - £150
Dell Ultrasharp U2312HM - £160

Hoping to narrow this down or be given a good alternative (not looking to spend more than about £240), Do not want a TN panel i'm happy with 60hz.

If anyone could inform me which of these is better such as -

Firm STURDY!!! Stand
Blacklight bleed
Responsiveness/lag
Best warranty service (I have personally never heard of AOC)

I also know about some of the crap REV's Dell are doing on the U2312HM and will be making sure i get an A05 to avoid all that hassle.

Don't...

I would go with the ASUS one, it is going to be the best one of the 4 you mentioned. But if your wanting best bang for your buck I would say look at Acer, they are high quality monitors at wonderful prices. You could potentially get 2 for your budget. With that said AOC is really awesome to! They have several good panels.

I own 2 of these:

And VERY pleased with them.
