Are there better substitutes for the parts named above? I am trying to build a budget gaming computer that can comfortably run games such as World of Tanks and Starcraft II.

amd 8350. The performance increases are worth it, the architecture is far better than the 8120. Only other thing would be the gpu, but idk if thats in your budget.

Buy seagate barracuda 1tb, worth it.
