yes provided you have 6 slots and depending on what your runnig.win xp or 7 or windows 8.xp will only show up to 4 gigs
im running 6 sticks of dominator at 4 gigs each on windows 7 pro.

then add it .like i said if your mobo has 6 slots plug them in and there should, be no prob.win 7 64 bit will show up to 16 gigs
