I bought my Toshiba laptop a couple months ago and now it freezes up randomly as I use it. It starts with getting really slow and then stops responding all together, and I have to do a hard reset... I have done multiple virus scans and defrags but with no luck. Please help.

goto C: drive right click and select properties then tools then error checking. Also try malwarebytes not all virus scanners catch everything. and try ccleaner to rid junk files and check to see what processes are running
