Can anyone give me a link to where a HD 7970 is not voltaged locked? im planning to overclock both of the cards (getting 2 of them ) but i need to know which company i can take advantage with to overclock and that it inst locked in anyway.

the Sapphire HD 7970 Ghz Vapor-x is not voltage locked. i have heard about the recent batches of Gigabyte HD 7970 OC cards being voltage locked. the Sapphire HD 7970 OC with dual x cooler is not voltage locked.
