I've run higher demand GPU's on a quality 300W PSU, I would think you would be okay but do watch the overclocks with those cases since they aren't well designed for heat dissipation, not to mention I have no clue about the included PSU in those cases since comprehensive reviews for either are not available. Supposively the low profile 7750 requires a 400W PSU but the only ones I am aware of are of the Micro-ATX size - I think there was a mini-ITX Athena model, but again, I could find no legitimate info about it either. Many times older type PSU's are used in those cases since power demands are usually minimal. If you want to try the included PSU in whichever case, I will suggest listing the amperage specs from the PSU's label here so we can be sure it has the capability on the 12v rail(s) to handle the 4 core CPU and the graphics (with some OC'ing)
If it were my build I think I would go with these
Rosewill R379-M and
FSP Group FSP450 and keep the Rosewill PSU unit as a back up (always a good thing IMO) just to be on the safe side
