Plzz compare specs and tell me.
I dot need more RAM slots coz i only want 8 GB RAM and have 2 ,4 GB rams with me.

So excluding the ram slots is anything more i will get in the gigabyte mobo which is not is asus??
Is it worth to spend some more bucks??

The only difference I see is the memory (RAM) frequency. The Asus board supports up to 1866Mhz, the Gigabyte "only" 1333.

Depending on your usage (Gaming, video editing etc) more RAM will speed up your computer a lot. What will you use your computer for?

gigabyte board havr 4+1 vrm
heat sink on vrm
usb 3.0
4 ram slots

so overall, it is surely better than asus one
worth every rupee, go with gigabyte

GA-78LMT-S2P (rev. 3.1) is also a good choice, is only lacks usb3.0 , vrm heat sink and 2 ram slots only
but still have 4+1 phase vrm so better stability and higher overclock
(if you want this one then make sure to get rev 3.1 of this board, because only 3.1 rev is equiped with 4+1 phase)
