    short answer NO

why would you want to ?
laptops do not have hard drives greater than 2TB

(unless the manufacturer offers a upgrade for exact motherboard you have in your laptop)

I read that UEFI systems are more effective at startup. So I thought if I could change from Bios to UEFI. However, I plan to assemble a new PC, possibly with Windows 7, so that's why I also made the question.
    Thanks
