CPU Spikes Constantly

Lately, when ever i have tried to do anything on my computer the CPU jumps from 0 to 100 often. Please Help!

Right click on your task bar and select "Start Task Manager" and look under processes. You an then click the CPU tab to organize them from highest to lowest.

With doing as you said, System Idle Process is the highest. It tends to be in the 90's. But also MsMpEng.exe and wuauclt.exe spike up occasionally to around 20.
